julianne davis

Founder & CEO

Julianne is a born and raised Dallas resident who has entrepreneurship in the blood. With generations of entrepreneurs before her, it’s only natural that she started the Julianne Davis Group, a freelance social media firm. Julianne has a passion for social media and how effortlessly it connects you with like-minded individuals all over the globe. Thankfully, she married someone with the same passion. Since launching the Julianne Davis Group in January of 2019, Julianne has had her hand in the digital marketing and social media efforts of over 20 small businesses, and this number continues to grow every month.

In high school, Julianne was voted “Most Twitter Followers”, & has now gained the reputation of being a social media guru. She lives in Lakewood with her husband, Josh (see right); their loyal golden doodle, Jazzy; and their two slightly overweight housecats, Louis Vuitton and Gary Catterson. Julianne loves Mexican food, binge watching Grey’s Anatomy on Netflix, & listening to podcasts on walks around White Rock Lake.

Chief Marketing Officer & Social Media Marketing Strategist

Josh is a recovering journalist turned digital marketing jack-of-all-trades who spends entirely too much time on social media. After graduating from TCU in Fort Worth, he joined the station he grew up watching, WFAA-TV, as a digital editor. He witnessed the explosive growth of social media and its influence through his years at the station, and was quick to take to the new platforms to reach the WFAA’s viewers. Josh helped manage and grow the station’s social accounts while working to give WFAA a fun, lively voice online and managing its community of more than a half-million followers. After that, he joined Share Rocket, a social media analytics company focused on the performance of broadcast television stations. He provided social media analysis and best practices advice to dozens of newsrooms across the country, from Tribune to Hearst to Fox Television. He then joined another social media analytics company, MVPindex, that was focused on the performance of paid social campaigns from major multinational companies including Anheuser-Busch InBev, Toyota, Nike, Adidas, Oakley, and many others. Josh currently works as the Social Media Manager for the Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) where he helps serve as the face of DFW Airport across social platforms both internally and externally, and supports the goals of each airport department from a social media perspective.

Josh knows way too much about advertising through Facebook's Ad Manager, and is a Facebook Blueprint Certified Media Planning Professional!

He, too, lives in Lakewood with his wife, Julianne (see left); their loyal golden doodle, Jazzy; and their two slightly overweight housecats, Louis Vuitton and Gary Catterson.
